Obituary of Kendall Minter
Kendall Minter, 79, of Amarillo died Wednesday, April 6, 2016.Memorial services were held at 6 p.m. Friday April 22nd in Southwest Church of Christ, 4515 Cornell St., in Amarillo with Brother Mark Love officiating. Burial was in National Cemetery in Bakersfield, Calif. Arrangements were by Warford-Walker Mortuary, 509 N. Hughes St.
Mr. Minter was born Oct. 10. 1936 in Wellsburgh, W. Va. He served in the Army from June 5, 1956, to April 11, 1958.
Survivors include a daughter, Hestine Marie Minter of Amarillo; a son, Simen Burrvel Jr. of Bakersfield, Calif.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
